Asphalt repairs
We apply a seal coat over existing asphalt in order to strengthen it and create the look of beautiful new asphalt without the price or ripping out and repaving. The seal coat the we use is not the typical thin layer of tar that most companies will try to sell you. Our seal coat is packed with polymers for flexibility and crushed marble for strength so we actually improve the structural durability of the asphalt, not just put a band-aid on it.
Our Installation Process
Prep
We clean the asphalt of any possible debris, tape off the work area to prevent any damage to other property, and fill in any possible cracks or pitting.
Apply seal coat
We apply our industrial grade textured asphalt seal coat.
Apply top coat
We apply a top coat that seals everything in place and ensures chemical resistance and longevity of the product.
